Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli buy Mumbai apartments worth Indian Rs622.9 million

Indian media reports say Anushka Sharma and her parents have bought three apartments in the luxury residential project “Godrej Sky Shore” in Versova, Mumbai. Their total value was reported as 44 crore Indian rupees.

According to the report, Anushka Sharma bought a 2,153-square-foot apartment for 14.89 crore Indian rupees. Her parents bought the neighbouring 1,577-square-foot apartment for 10.91 crore Indian rupees. The two apartments together cost 25.80 crore Indian rupees.

The agreements for both purchases were registered on 8 July 2026. Anushka Sharma paid stamp duty of 74.50 lakh Indian rupees on her apartment, while her parents paid 65.40 lakh Indian rupees.

The reports say both apartments are part of a residential project under construction. Possession is expected by 30 June 2031. Anushka Sharma’s apartment comes with three designated parking spaces.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have also jointly bought another apartment in the same project. Its price was reported as 18.29 crore Indian rupees. The agreement was registered on 21 July 2026. The couple paid about 1.09 crore Indian rupees in stamp duty.

Thus, the four apartments recently bought by Anushka Sharma, her parents and Virat Kohli are worth a total of 62.29 crore Indian rupees, not 44 crore.
