ISLAMABAD:

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has demanded the immediate release of Imran Khan’s sisters, saying the arrest of women is increasing bitterness and tension.

Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, Barrister Gohar said there was concern over the deteriorating health of Noreen Bibi and that she should be released at once. He also demanded the release of both sisters of the PTI founder.

He said that imprisoning non-political women was not part of “our traditions”.

The PTI chairman said that holding a long march was not a crime and that the PTI parliamentary party needed serious consultation.
