Sohbatpur DC Farida Tareen chairs district intelligence committee meeting

SOHBATPUR: A meeting of the District Intelligence Coordination Committee was held under Sohbatpur Deputy Commissioner Farida Tareen. The meeting reviewed in detail the overall Law and Order situation across the district, security arrangements and matters related to maintaining peace and stability.

Officers of the relevant departments briefed the meeting on the performance of their departments and on security measures. Deputy Commissioner Farida Tareen said that establishing Law and Order in the district and protecting the lives and property of the people was the district administration’s top priority. She said all relevant institutions should carry out their duties through mutual coordination and an effective strategy. Advance measures should be ensured to deal with any possible untoward situation, and a close watch should be kept on suspicious activities.

She directed the officers concerned to use all available resources to further improve the Law and Order situation and to protect the public.
