British PM defends sanctions on Israeli settlements in occupied West Bank

Addressing Parliament, Andy Burnham said Britain has a responsibility to act against injustice. He said Palestinians are being driven out of their homes and threatened.

He said practical steps must be taken instead of merely talking about a two-state solution. He said Britain would take every possible step to help the victims.

The British prime minister said Britain is leading the way on sanctions against Israeli settlements.
