Qila Abdullah: Deputy Commissioner reviews school budgets, orders transparent use of funds

QILA ABDULLAH: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Qila Abdullah Munawar Hussain Magsi to review the budgets, financial management and administrative affairs of government educational institutions across the district.

District Treasury Officer Faisal Khan, DC Superintendent Jaffar Khan Tareen, Syed Muhammad Amin Agha, Abdul Manan Achakzai, District Education Officers, the Deputy District Education Officers (DDEOs) of all three tehsils, representatives of the Taraqqi Foundation and heads of various cluster budget-head schools attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed in detail the budgets, expenditure, available funds and financial matters of the education clusters. Officers briefed the meeting on the financial position and needs of their institutions.

Deputy Commissioner Munawar Hussain Magsi directed that government funds be used with complete transparency and honesty and in accordance with the government’s financial rules. He also directed that budget records be kept accurate and that resources be used on time to ensure facilities and quality education in schools.

At the end of the meeting, it was resolved to improve the education sector in Qila Abdullah district and to make the transparent use of resources and financial discipline more effective.
