Governor’s rule or emergency no solution, ready for meaningful talks: Barrister Gohar

CHARSADDA (Atemad Desk): PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has said that imposing governor’s rule or an emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not a solution to the problem. He said the party is still ready for meaningful talks with the government.
Speaking to journalists in Charsadda, he said PTI made great efforts to bring Maulana Fazlur Rehman into the opposition alliance. He said he hoped the Maulana would play a positive role.
Barrister Gohar said PTI stood with the state in the war against terrorism. He said Chief Minister Sohail Afridi had never made a statement in support of terrorists.
He said the vehicles of both the government and the opposition were stuck in the mud. He said both sides should therefore set aside their egos, sit down and find a way forward through dialogue.
