SIBI: On 12 Rabi ul Awwal, devotees of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) held religious processions and rallies in Sibi to express their love and devotion. The Sibi district administration made foolproof security arrangements.

Sibi Division Commissioner Asadullah Faiz, Sibi Deputy Commissioner Major (retd) Ilyas Kabzai and Sibi SSP Abdul Hameed oversaw the security arrangements. Officers and personnel of the district administration, police and other law enforcement agencies were present along the procession routes and at key locations.

On the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, comprehensive and effective measures were taken to maintain Law and Order, ensure that the religious processions were taken out in an orderly manner and protect the lives and property of citizens. Special security arrangements were made along the procession routes, and the flow of traffic and other necessary matters were monitored continuously. The 12 Rabi ul Awwal processions were therefore held in a peaceful atmosphere.
