Every officer responsible for cleanliness and beautification of own area, says Quetta administrator

QUETTA: In line with the orders of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Metropolitan Corporation Quetta Administrator Bashir Ahmed Barech chaired a meeting at the Metropolitan Office. He directed officers to use all available resources for the beauty, cleanliness and beautification of Quetta.

He said officers posted in different areas of the city should take personal responsibility for the beauty, cleanliness and overall improvement of their areas. Each officer will be responsible for overseeing beautification measures in his area and completing them on time. Special attention will be given to improving the entry points and key locations of the city, roads, intersections, green belts and other public places.

The administrator directed that quality and transparency be ensured in beautification work and that ongoing measures be monitored regularly. He made it clear that negligence or carelessness in the city’s beauty and cleanliness will not be tolerated.
