Pakistan, China must strengthen economic and trade ties, says President Zardari

President Asif Ali Zardari has stressed the need to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Pakistan and China, particularly by promoting business contacts and exploring new areas of mutual cooperation. According to the President House press wing on Friday, the president said this while meeting Hao Yuejiao, President of the China Africa and Asia Trade and Cooperation Promotion Association, who called on him at the President House. He welcomed efforts to promote trade and investment ties between the two countries. He stressed the importance of expanding cooperation based on mutual interest.
