Hearing on govt review plea over PTI founder’s hospital transfer on 16 September

The Supreme Court will hear the government’s review petition in the case about the transfer of the PTI founder to hospital on 16 September.

According to sources, the bench that issued the order will hear the government’s review petition. The review petition will be placed before the bench along with the main case.

Sources said a three-member bench, headed by Justice Shahid Waheed and comprising Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim, will hear the case.
