Wasim Samad meets GDA chief engineer on Sarbandan water tank and fishermen’s shed NOC

GWADAR: Wasim Samad, an aide to Gwadar MPA Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch, met Gwadar Development Authority Chief Engineer Haji Syed Muhammad along with Sarbandan Union Council Chairman Naseeb Noshirwani. They discussed ongoing development work and public facilities in Sarbandan.

The site of the water tank under construction in Sarbandan came up in the meeting. The delegation said the present site was not suitable for construction, which was causing difficulties for the project. It requested that the tank be moved to a suitable place so that the project could be completed and provide water to the local population.

The no-objection certificate (NOC) for a shed under construction for fishermen at the Sarbandan jetty was also discussed. The delegation requested that the NOC be issued to remove the obstacle. The chief engineer assured the delegation that he would review both matters, fix a suitable site for the water tank and take the necessary steps on the shed’s NOC.
