Hundreds rally in Tunisia demanding release of four pro-Palestine activists

All four activists arrested in March are accused of misusing funds collected for the Global Sumud Flotilla.
The flotilla set sail in 2025 for Gaza in Palestine. Its aim was to deliver humanitarian aid there. The Global Sumud Flotilla has condemned the arrests and has repeatedly demanded the immediate release of the activists.
In a statement on Saturday, the organisation said the Health of the detained activists, who are on hunger strike against their detention, is deteriorating rapidly.
The activists were arrested as the organisation was preparing a new mission that was partly to depart from Tunisia. The mission was later cancelled.
