SSP Loralai inspects crime scene in Duki for joint investigation

DUKI: The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Loralai visited Duki district in connection with the joint investigation team (JIT) probe into an important case. He reviewed various aspects of the investigation, recorded witness statements and inspected the crime scene in detail.

The JIT was formed on the orders of the Deputy Inspector General of Police Loralai. It includes the SP Duki and the investigating officer of the case.

During the visit, the SP Duki gave the SSP Loralai a detailed briefing on the background of the case, the investigation so far and several key aspects. The SSP Loralai then heard the statements of all the witnesses in the case together with the JIT and recorded them in detail.

The SSP Loralai then visited the crime scene with the SP Duki and a police team. Evidence and other important aspects of the incident were examined closely. The investigation team inspected the available evidence and also collected several important pieces of evidence.

The SSP Loralai directed the investigation team to carry forward the probe on merit, with transparency and in line with modern investigative requirements. He also directed that all evidence and statements be made part of the formal record so that the facts could be established.

After the investigation and inquiry proceedings are complete, all records of the case will be compiled and a comprehensive investigation report will be submitted to the Deputy Inspector General of Police Loralai.
