DC and MPA Zamarak Khan Achakzai hear public complaints at Qila Abdullah Open Court

QILA ABDULLAH: An Open Court (Khuli Kachehri) was held at the DC Complex in Jungle Pir Alizai under the supervision of Qila Abdullah Deputy Commissioner Munir Hussain Magsi. Awami National Party central leader and Member of the Provincial Assembly Engineer Zamarak Khan Achakzai attended as a special guest. Tribal elders, citizens, public representatives and officials of various government departments took part.

Those present included District Police Officer (DPO) Qila Abdullah Khalil Ahmed Bugti, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Engineer Najmuddin Kakar, Assistant Commissioner Qila Abdullah Sardar Abdullah Khan Achakzai, District Health Officer Dr Abdul Salam Khoso, District Education Officer Ahmed Khan, and PPHI District Manager Ziaur Rehman. Also present were District Superintendents Jafar Khan Tareen and Muhammad Shafiq Khan, Deputy Education Officers Abdul Manan Achakzai and Gulistan Hafizullah Pir Alizai, Social Welfare Officer Khalil Ahmed, Masood Ahmed Achakzai, Habibur Rehman, Deputy Forest Officer Hikmatullah Majkwal, Engineer Manzoor Kakar and Engineer Khalil Ahmed, along with officers of other departments.

Citizens and tribal elders presented complaints, suggestions and demands on roads, health, education, electricity, law and order, revenue and basic facilities. Engineer Zamarak Khan Achakzai listened to the problems attentively. He said direct contact between the public and the administration was very important for identifying and resolving problems in time, and that institutions should perform their duties effectively.

Deputy Commissioner Munir Hussain Magsi reviewed the issues raised, received briefings from the officers and directed them to take serious and practical steps to resolve public problems. He said the district administration would diligently perform its duties to provide relief to the public, redress genuine complaints and improve basic facilities. The participants appreciated the district administration for providing a platform for direct contact.
