Hidayat-ur-Rehman reviews transfer of records of 27 villages in Pasni tehsil

GWADAR: Member of the Provincial Assembly Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch reviewed progress on land settlement, completion of records and their transfer for 27 villages of Pasni tehsil at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Zahoor Ahmed Baloch was with him on the occasion.

Progress towards resolving the difficulties

He said the people of Pasni tehsil had faced difficulties for many years, particularly since 2015, in getting their lands settled and obtaining correct records. He said significant progress had now been made towards resolving this long-standing issue.

He said that, owing to the round-the-clock efforts and serious work of Makran Division Commissioner Dr Tufail Ahmed Baloch, Gwadar Deputy Commissioner Naqeebullah Kakar and the settlement staff concerned, the compilation of records for the 27 villages of Pasni tehsil was nearing completion. The records would soon be transferred to Pasni tehsil, he said.

The MPA said this important development would free the people of Pasni from the long-standing difficulties they faced in obtaining land records and in related matters. He praised and thanked all the officers and staff concerned who had worked to resolve this public issue.
