Koh-e-Suleman director schools chairs cluster budget meeting in Kohlu

KOHLU: A meeting on the cluster budget, educational facilities and problems faced by schools was held at the Government Boys Model High School, Kohlu. Divisional Director Schools, Koh-e-Suleman Division, Dr Muhammad Saleem Zarkoon presided over it. It was held under the vision of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and the directives of the School Education Department.

District Education Officer Kohlu Jafar Khan Zarkoon, District Officer Education (Male) Hafizullah Marri, Principal Haji Taj Muhammad Marri and teachers of the feeding schools attached to the cluster attended the meeting. Dr Muhammad Saleem Zarkoon heard the teachers’ problems and suggestions. He also reviewed matters related to improving educational facilities.

The meeting was told that the required supplies had been provided to 17 feeding schools under the cluster. The divisional director directed the Deputy District Education Officer (Male), Kohlu, to formally verify the availability, quantity and records of the supplies provided to all the schools concerned. This, he said, was to ensure transparency and accountability.
