Earthquake of 5.9 magnitude jolts Khuzdar and surrounding areas
KHUZDAR: Tremors were felt in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district and surrounding areas. The magnitude was recorded at 5.9.
As soon as the tremors were felt, people came out of their homes and shops reciting the Kalima Tayyiba.
According to the seismological centre, the earth shook to a depth of 25 kilometres. The epicentre was 48 kilometres northwest of Khuzdar.
