Delegation meets GDA chief engineer over water problems in Pasni and Gwadar

GWADAR: A representative delegation led by Wasim Samad, aide to Gwadar MPA Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman Baloch, met Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) Chief Engineer Haji Syed Muhammad. Akram Fida and Babar Shahzad were also in the delegation.

The meeting discussed in detail public problems related to water supply and supply connections in several areas, including Naya Abad Gwadar, Kandasol, Chakli and Shatangi. The delegation also informed GDA officials about the water shortage facing the local population in Pasni and the situation arising from the supply of water to Gwadar.

The delegation urged the authority to set up a separate main supply line connection for Pasni so that water supply to the local population could be improved. GDA officials assured the delegation that practical steps would also be taken to resolve other problems.
