Admiral Naveed Ashraf visits units and Creeks area, reviews Sea Spark exercise
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, Sea Spark has been under way since 1 September. A full-scale naval operations exercise is being held. Sea Spark 2026 is testing the ability to move quickly from peace to war operations. According to the ISPR, in view of changing war requirements, Sea Spark 2026 includes modern operational concepts. The exercise also includes operations in the information environment and multi-domain operations.
Unmanned systems are being used extensively in Sea Spark 2026. Sea Spark 2026 is a review of the Pakistan Navy’s readiness for full-spectrum naval operations.
The naval chief met the personnel taking part in the exercise. He praised their professional skill and high morale. He said the operational readiness and resolve of Pakistan Navy personnel were commendable.
