Connecting public to modern digital financial system is priority, says Shaza Fatima

According to Shaza Fatima, connecting the public to a modern digital financial system is a government priority. She said digitalisation is promoting transparency and public trust in various sectors.

She added that special attention is being paid to promoting digital wallets and to the digital transition of the financial system.

The Minister of State described the Special Investment Facilitation Council as an important and effective programme for national development. She said effective steps for national development and investment are being taken through the council’s platform.

She also said the relevant institutions are working together for national development through the Special Investment Facilitation Council.
