PTI submits list of six lawyers to Adiala jail for meeting with Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has handed jail officials a list of six lawyers for a meeting with the party’s founder, Imran Khan. Advocate Awais Younus Chaudhry submitted the list.
According to 24NewsHD, the list was given to the Adiala jail administration on Tuesday so that a meeting could be arranged with the former prime minister, who is held in the jail.
The list includes Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Faisal Malik, Awais Younus Chaudhry, Niazullah Niazi, Raja Mateen and Jamshed Khan.
According to 24NewsHD, under court directions, Tuesday is the day fixed for lawyers to meet Imran Khan in jail.
Other members of the PTI founder’s family are also expected to come to meet him.
