Pakistan and 11 other countries condemn Israeli air strike in north-west Syria

The joint statement described the Israeli attacks as provocation and a clear violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The foreign ministers expressed deep concern over the continued targeting of Syrian territory and infrastructure. They said Israel’s repeated violations could further increase tensions.

The statement called on the international community to take a firm and clear position on the ongoing aggression against Syria.

According to the statement, respect for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and political unity is essential.
