Jhal Magsi CRC Phase III: Commissioner hears 14 candidates’ complaints

NASIRABAD: In line with the Balochistan government’s merit-based policy, a meeting of the Jhal Magsi district CRC Phase III was held under Nasirabad Division Commissioner Salahuddin Nurzai to address the grievances of deserving candidates in the Education Department.
Divisional Director Schools Muhammad Azeem Sajdi, District Education Officer Jhal Magsi Qurat-ul-Ain Magsi, Nasirabad Degree College Principal Professor Samiullah Khosa and other officials concerned attended the meeting.
In all, 14 candidates, men and women, presented objections and complaints regarding the posts of Arabic teacher, Junior English Teacher and Muallim-ul-Quran. The commissioner heard each complainant individually and reviewed their objections in detail. Most of the complaints concerned the allegedly fake degrees of candidates and other related matters.
During the hearing, the commissioner declared several candidates eligible on the basis of merit and the available record. He assured the other candidates that their degrees and academic certificates would be formally verified through the Divisional Director Schools, so that justice could be done to deserving candidates after a transparent scrutiny.
Commissioner Salahuddin Nurzai said the merit-based policy of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan was being implemented and that no candidate’s rights would be denied. He said transparency, merit and full compliance with rules and regulations would be ensured in all recruitments so that eligible and deserving candidates received their due right.
