Naseerabad: Open Court in Chhatar tehsil hears health, agriculture and livestock complaints

NASEERABAD: An Open Court (Khuli Kachehri) was held in Chhatar tehsil under Assistant Commissioner Chhatar Bashir Ahmed to resolve public problems promptly and provide basic government services. It was held in light of the orders of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Chief Secretary Balochistan, and on the special directive of Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad Virender Lal.

Officers of various district departments, district heads and their representatives, along with local elders, landowners and a large number of citizens, attended the Open Court.

Complaints from citizens

Citizens raised complaints and demands about the Law and Order situation, the lack of health and medical facilities, the shortage of medicines at basic health units, problems in the agriculture sector, the absence of agriculture officers, livestock-related issues and other basic facilities. They said people in rural areas faced many difficulties in health, agriculture, livestock and other sectors, and that effective monitoring by the departments concerned and practical steps were needed to resolve them. They demanded that the presence of government officers in the field be ensured and that obstacles to the provision of basic facilities be removed.

Assistant Commissioner Bashir Ahmed listened carefully to the citizens’ problems and complaints. He gave the necessary directions to the officers of the departments concerned who were present, so that the problems could be resolved at once. He stressed that the genuine problems of the public should be addressed seriously and resolved within the set time, and that no negligence or carelessness would be tolerated.

He said the main purpose of the Open Court was to promote direct contact between the public and the administration and to give citizens an effective platform to bring their complaints to the authorities concerned. He said resolving public problems was among the district administration’s top priorities, and that it was using all available resources for public welfare. He added that the performance of the departments concerned on the issues raised at the Open Court would also be monitored so that people could get practical relief.
