Lasbela commissioner reviews Irrigation Department development projects

UTHAL: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Commissioner of Lasbela Division for a briefing on the development projects of the Irrigation Department.

At the meeting, the Executive Engineer (XEN) of the Irrigation Department, Lasbela district, gave a detailed briefing on the ongoing and proposed development projects in the district.

The meeting reviewed the Irrigation Department’s ongoing development schemes, their progress, the use of funds, the problems faced and matters related to the completion of the projects.

The Commissioner of Lasbela Division directed that work on all development projects be completed within the set time and that quality of work not be compromised in any way.

He further said that timely completion of projects of public interest must be ensured and that regular reports on the progress of all schemes be submitted.
