Gwadar polio drive: DHO Dr Yasir Tahir and WHO officials visit field teams on day three

GWADAR: On the third day of the national anti-polio campaign, District Health Officer Dr Yasir Tahir, World Health Organisation (WHO) representative Dr Jahanzeb Khan and Deputy District Health Officer Dr Farooq visited several areas of Gwadar district and reviewed ongoing activities of the drive.

They inspected the performance of the polio teams, the process of administering vaccine to children, the monitoring of teams and the arrangements for the security personnel deployed with them.

The officials also met the field teams and reviewed the problems faced during the drive and other administrative matters.
