Gwadar: employees’ CNIC corrections in SAP to be submitted by 31 December 2026

GWADAR: District Accounts Officer Soban Baloch has directed all Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the district to submit complete cases for the correction of government employees’ national identity card numbers in the SAP system to the District Accounts Office by 31 December 2026.

According to the instructions of the Finance Department, Government of Balochistan, each case must be accompanied by the original change form signed by the DDO, attested copies of the identity card, a NADRA verisys report and a verification certificate from the DDO.

The District Accounts Officer said that if an identity card number is found to be already registered in the name of another serving or former employee, the case will be sent to the Finance Department, Government of Balochistan, for further action.

He urged all officers concerned to submit complete and correct documents within the given period, so that the accuracy of official records and transparency in financial matters can be ensured.
