Commissioner Salahuddin Nurzai then directed that the breach be filled at once so that Sindh could not add water to the Main Hairdin Drainage through the Noor Wah.
He made it clear that he was in constant contact with the Commissioner of Larkana Division on the matter of the disputed Jacobabad seepage drain. He said it would not be allowed under any circumstances to join the Main Hairdin Drainage at the junction of Jafarabad and Sohbatpur, as it could have serious consequences for three Districts of Balochistan.
