Pishin Commissioner Qaim Lashari visits Chaman, reviews law and order, master plan and DHQ Hospital

CHAMAN: Commissioner Pishin Division Qaim Lashari visited Chaman district, where Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangulzai and Additional Deputy Commissioner Chaman Fida Baloch received him.

During the visit, an introductory and coordination meeting of heads of all line departments was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Chaman under the commissioner’s chairmanship. The meeting reviewed in detail district administrative affairs, the performance of government departments, ongoing development projects, the law and order situation and public issues.

Briefing and instructions

Deputy Commissioner Habib Ahmed Bangulzai gave the commissioner a detailed briefing on overall administrative affairs of the district, the performance of departments, development activities, public issues and the current law and order situation. He also informed him of the ongoing measures of the district administration.

Heads of various line departments briefed the meeting on the performance of their departments, ongoing projects, progress and problems faced. The meeting discussed making coordination between departments more effective, timely completion of government business, monitoring of development projects and better services for the public.

Qaim Lashari directed all officers to perform their duties professionally, give priority to resolving public issues and ensure effective implementation of government policies. He also stressed monitoring, quality and timely completion of development projects.

On law and order, the deputy commissioner gave detailed information on the overall situation in the district, security arrangements, measures to prevent crime and coordination between institutions. The meeting also reviewed steps to maintain peace and stability, protect life and property, and make security arrangements more effective.

Visit to master plan and hospital

Later, the commissioner visited the Chaman Master Plan and reviewed administrative matters, activities and the overall situation there. A brief inspection was made of the current progress on the master plan. Stressing the importance of effective coordination between the district administration and departments, he directed special attention to projects of public interest.

At the end of the visit, the commissioner made a detailed visit to the District Headquarters Hospital Chaman, where the medical superintendent briefed him on the hospital’s performance, availability of medical facilities, services provided to patients and administrative matters. Various departments of the hospital were reviewed. The commissioner stressed improvement in the health sector and the importance of providing quality treatment to patients.

The main purpose of the visit to Chaman was to review district administrative affairs and the performance of departments, get an update on the law and order situation, inspect development activities and strengthen coordination between institutions to improve public services.
